Pre-requisites for Applying Online:

1. A candidate needs to have access to a computer for applying. CAT-2012 registration number is mandatory for a candidate applying for PGDHRM (2013-15).

2. Payment of registration fee can be made by choosing any one of the modes given below:

a. Registration Fee can also be paid through the Internet Payment Gateway of the ICICI  Bank.

b. Registration Fee can be paid by cash through a challan to ICICI bank branches. Challan can be generated by clicking here.  

3. Candidates paying through challan have to first generate challan through appropriate link and pay, then they shall be able to complete registration. After you enter all personal & educational informations you need to enter payment details.

4. Candidates belonging to General, NC-OBC categories are required to pay a fee of Rs.1000/- and candidates belonging to SC and ST are required to pay a fee of Rs.500/- for applying to the programme.

5. Please ensure that you satisfy the eligibility conditions, before you register and pay online or through challan by providing correct information as the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. You have to upload your photograph and signature in JPG or JPEG format. Please keep them ready while applying.  


Advantages of applying online (e-registration):


• A receipt of the acknowledgementn after payment will be generated which you can download any time during registration period for reference.
• You will get user ID and Password in your valid email ID which enable can use to login and download the Application Acknowledgement Form.
• e-registration will prompt if you skip any mandatory fields, thus minimizing the chances of your application getting rejected.
 


 Points to Remember:


• All candidates will have to register using Online Registration System only.
• After completion of your payment one confirmation PDF file will be generated. If your payment is not successful then no confirmation PDF file will be generated.
• Your email ID must be active, otherwise you may miss important communications.

• Please check your eligibility in advertisement properly before applying as your payment may not be refunded in case of mistakes done on your part.

• Candidates entering Academic Achievements and Extra-Curricular Activities should ensure that they possess valid certificates which may need to be uploaded in soft form and carried to Admissions Office whenever.

• Candidates who have not received final year marks, they have to select "Incomplete" under Status of your Degree and filling of final year marks will be optional for them.
• Candidate need to fill "Class / Division" field in text. E.g. First, Second, Third etc. In case your Board/University which do not provide any Class or Division, then you may fill NA in such cases.
